How It All Adds Up?
11 points in an 18 month period will result in a Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) driver license suspension/revocation hearing. Points are assessed as of the date of the violation. Three speeding convictions within an 18 month period will result in mandatory license revocation, regardless of the number of points.
