- Headlights off.
- Accelerating or decelerating rapidly.

- Erratic application of the brakes.
- Driving with tires on the center of the lane marker.
- Drifting.
- Following too closely.
- Stopping without cause in the lane of traffic.
- Driving too slowly.
- Driving at erratic speeds.
- Swerving.
- Driving on other than the designated highway.
- Weaving.
- Appearing to be drunk (eye fixation, tightly gripping the wheel, gesturing erratically, etc.)
- Straddling the center of the lane or on the lane marker.
- Turning with a wide radius.
- Sleeping or resting in your vehicle (do so in the back seat with keys out of the ignition).
