Michael Kramer, Attorney at law

If you are unfortunate to receive a traffic ticket, you have 3 choices:

1. Plead guilty. Sign the ticket in the section indicated. Send it to court and await notification as to the amount of the fine.

2. Plead not guilty. Sign the ticket where indicated. Contact my office. I will do all the work. I will send the ticket to the court, keep track of any future court dates, and show up to court on your behalf.

3. Plead not guilty. Send the ticket to the court. You will be notified of a court date which you must attend.

You do not have to appear in court on the date at the bottom of the ticket unless you want to plead guilty or not guilty in person.

Serious and Significant Traffic Tickets

Some traffic tickets are misdemeanors and require that you appear on the date indicated. If charged with a misdemeanor, you should, and in some cases, you must hire an attorney as it is too serious to handle on your own. In such a case, I will be glad to help you. Please contact my office for a FREE consultation.
