If You Want the Violation to Be Handled by the Attorney, He or She Can Appear in Court on Your Behalf

If they do decide to go ahead then I take the ticket from there, I send it off to the court with a cover letter and they don’t have to worry about dates. They don’t even have to go to court. I do all that on their behalf.

Of course before i go to court I would obtain background information from the motorist as well as learn their driving record. Then I would go to court. I would then call them with the results and they would take it from there with regard to the payment of any fines.
